- Detailed Guidance to ensure that your insurance gives you the required discounts for your individual and Community Fire Mitigation Actions and Achievements

Be An Asset – Not a Liability!
We will unite homeowners and first responders to better prepare everyone for whatever disaster situations that may arise. This will develop a network of local connections, creating a collaboration of residents who will be assets in wildfire situations, rather than liabilities. Working together with your local Fire and Police Departments, we will assist residents in planning their individual fire mitigation actions, their Neighborhood Mitigation Plans, and realisitic actionable evacuation plans.
Being Recognized and/or Certified in any of the *Safer From Widlfires programs will likely mean the difference of whether your property is insurable – OR NOT.
**We will be assisting homeowners in creating *Safer From Wildfires Neighborhoods, which aim to develop a coordinated and cohesive community that is united and proactively implementing community wide Wildfire Mitigation measures.
I am offering these services as an Independant Contractor-Fire Liaison to assist California residents in creating *Safer From Wildfires Neighborhoods. Promoting expansive and all-inclusive neighborhood plans of action - focusing on maximum fire preparedness, mitigations, disaster preparedness, individual evacuation plans, and neighborhood networking through community collaboraions.

Our Fire Safe Community Membeship fee is to participate in our community driven **Fire Safe Community. Within that Community, members are guided through proper Community Wildfire Mitigation Efforts that may result in qualifying for *Safer From Wildfires plans and their Certification & Recognition.
*The Safer From Wildfires Program is a volunteer program that is free and available to all California Residents. There is no fee to participate in, or create, a Safer From Wildfires Neighborhood.
