Barricade^®II Fire Retardant Gel for homes can be applied to all exterior structural surfaces including metal, glass, stucco and wood. It may also be applied with success to motor vehicles, fuel tanks and propane tanks - and even generators (just cover them with a tarp and apply the gel). Barricade^®II also can be sprayed on plants, trees, wood piles and hay stacks (and the hay will still be good after the gel has dried!). When applied to vegetation, Barricade^®II gel can increase the defensible zone exposed to wildfire and will not damage plant life with the exception of possible leaf drop.
